Please read these terms carefully before booking your Sri Lanka tour.

By booking with Multi Lanka Tours, you agree to these terms. Please read sections about payments, cancellations, and responsibilities carefully.

Booking & Payments

1.1 Booking Process

All bookings require a deposit or full payment
Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt
We'll send confirmation within 24 hours
Keep booking reference for all communications

1.2 Payment Terms

Non-payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing via email to info@multilankatours.com.

Important Notes:

No refunds for unused services during tour
Travel insurance recommended for coverage
Special events may have stricter policies

Changes & Amendments

Client Changes

Changes 30+ days before: Free
Changes 15-29 days: 10% fee
Changes 8-14 days: 25% fee
Changes 0-7 days: Subject to availability

Our Changes

We reserve right to modify itineraries
Alternative arrangements of equal value
Full refund if major changes unacceptable
Force majeure events exempt

Travel Requirements

4.1 Passport & Visas

Clients are responsible for:

Valid passport (6+ months validity)
Required visas for Sri Lanka
Travel documents and permits
Health/vaccination certificates if required

4.2 Health & Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory. Must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation.

24/7 emergency support

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information
Follow guide instructions
Respect local customs
Arrive on time for activities

Limitation of Liability

Multi Lanka Tours is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages from events beyond our control, client negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

Complaints Procedure

Immediate Resolution

Report issues to guide/tour manager during tour

Written Complaint

Email detailed complaint within 7 days of tour end

Investigation

We investigate and respond within 14 working days

General Terms

7.1 Force Majeure

Not liable for failure due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

7.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law. Disputes subject to Colombo courts.

7.3 Age Requirement

Clients must be 18+ to book. Minors must be accompanied by adults.
